Job Summary
You will support daily operations at our gaming centers by assisting customers, operating cashier and booking systems, maintaining a clean environment, explaining games and equipment, and ensuring proper use of gaming facilities for an enjoyable customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers by responding accurately to basic enquiries to enhance their experience
- Operate cashier, booking, and payment systems efficiently to process transactions and reservations
- Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming environment
- Explain game rules and equipment usage clearly to customers to facilitate proper play
- Monitor and ensure customers use gaming equipment correctly to prevent damage and ensure safety
- Support daily shop operations by performing assigned tasks to maintain smooth business flow
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a friendly and polite attitude to foster positive customer interactions
- Show responsibility and punctuality to support reliable shop operations
- Communicate effectively in English to assist customers and team members
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required training will be provided
