Job Description

Job Summary

You will support daily operations at our gaming centers by assisting customers, operating cashier and booking systems, maintaining a clean environment, explaining games and equipment, and ensuring proper use of gaming facilities for an enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers by responding accurately to basic enquiries to enhance their experience
  • Operate cashier, booking, and payment systems efficiently to process transactions and reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Explain game rules and equipment usage clearly to customers to facilitate proper play
  • Monitor and ensure customers use gaming equipment correctly to prevent damage and ensure safety
  • Support daily shop operations by performing assigned tasks to maintain smooth business flow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a friendly and polite attitude to foster positive customer interactions
  • Show responsibility and punctuality to support reliable shop operations
  • Communicate effectively in English to assist customers and team members
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not required training will be provided
