Shipping Settlements & Trade Finance Executive – Global Energy Trading House

Singapore | 1-Year Contract (Convertible to Permanent)

Join a dynamic global trading team managing end-to-end financial operations for physical product transactions! This role offers exposure to a fast-paced trading environment with real career growth potential.

What You'll Do:

Handle receivables and payables for physical products trading transactions

Manage Import LC issuance and Export LC negotiation

Review trade contracts and coordinate with Operations on trade/shipment data

Follow up on payment approvals and process cargo/direct expense payments

Maintain trade data for month-end accounts closing

Support Treasury's cashflow planning with receivables/payables insights

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or Maritime Studies (or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years experience in payments, invoicing, shipping settlements, or trade finance

LC knowledge is a strong advantage

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working across systems in a fast-moving environment

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
