About Our Client

Job Description
- Provide support for operational systems and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for new developments and enhancements.
- Generate and analyse performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Develop impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and optimise business processes, draft SOPs and create process flows.
- Identify operational gaps, streamline workflows and implement automation initiatives.
- Support efficiency projects and assist with ad-hoc initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Maritime, Business Administration, Analytics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Liner Shipping operations, supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in operational roles, including loading/unloading, handling dangerous goods and freight management.
- Marine Operations Systems product design experience to drive transformation.
- Experience with business process management and automation projects.
