Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of a trans-shipment operation for luxury watches to be shipped into Singapore, re-packed and then re-exported, ensuring the efficient movement, documentation, storage and delivery of watches and related goods.
ATA Carnet Management
CITES Compliance and Stock Card Management
Inventory and stock control
Spare parts/tools management and documentation
Compliance, documentation and record keeping

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP System is a plus
Candidates with prior operational work experiences with Watch Brand Principals will be viewed favorably
Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Office: Bishan | Mon - Fri (8:30am to 5:30am)
