Shipping Officer (5 Days)

Basic up to $4000
5 days work week
AWS+VB

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end export documentation process and coordinate daily export operations.
Arrange vessel bookings with shipping lines and provide shipment confirmations to customers.
Liaise with SFA, banks, embassies, and government authorities to process Export Health Certificates, Letters of Credit (L/C), Documents against Payment (D/P), and document endorsements.
Verify freight invoices, ensure financial requirements are met prior to cargo loading or discharge, and maintain compliance with export regulations.
Support warehouse and production operations by resolving operational issues, managing stock allocation, providing backup coverage for the Export Shipping Executive, and performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
