- Position : Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
- Location : Redhill
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday Half Day (Once every 2 Months): 9.00AM to 12.45PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus + Yearly Increment + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipments and transshipments, including transport booking, customs clearance, and delivery tracking
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners for cost-effective operations
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment status records
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Support sales by handling delivery-related inquiries and issues
- Prepare shipping documents and perform related administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in shipping/logistics (manufacturing or distribution preferred)
- Strong knowledge of transportation, customs, and inventory management
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in logistics systems and MS Office
