Job Summary
Manage and coordinate Export FCL shipments and vessel operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of shipping agency services while delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end coordination and management of sea export shipments from booking through documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Manage husbandry services during vessel calls in Singapore to maintain smooth port operations
- Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision to meet business objectives and client requirements
- Proactively engage with customers via email to resolve inquiries and provide customer-focused shipping solutions that enhance client satisfaction
- Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards
- Collaborate within the team by taking initiative and demonstrating responsibility and meticulous attention to detail to support and enhance operational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant shipping system software to support operational workflows
- Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams
- Relevant working experience in Shipping Agency & Containerised Service to perform core job functions effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Holder or higher educational qualification
