Job Responsibility
. Coordinate and arrange transshipment cargo movements via Singapore to various international destinations.
. Ensure all transshipment bookings and operational activities are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
. Liaise and communicate effectively with overseas agents, internal departments, terminals, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
. Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve operational issues to minimise service disruptions.
. Prepare and generate operational reports, shipment updates, and management reports as required.
. Maintain accurate documentation, operational records, and filing systems in accordance with company policies.
