Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client orders and shipments.
- Coordinate with 3PL/4PL partners, transporters, and freight agents.
- Update inventory and track movements in WMS.
- Process billing and invoices via system modules.
- Build client relationships with prompt, professional support.
- Handle ad-hoc logistics and admin tasks.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of shipping ops, documentation, and TradeNet certification (mandatory for customs/import-export permits).
- Familiar with WMS and client service processes.
- Self-motivated and independent.
