Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments (air, sea, land) for local and export orders
- Prepare and process shipping & customs documentation (invoice, packing list, permits, etc.)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies proactively
- Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation filing
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and internal SOPs
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams on delivery timelines
- Support cost comparison of freight providers and shipping performance reports
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant shipping / import-export experience in Singapore
- Hands-on experience with air & sea freight coordination
- Familiar with TradeNet / PortNet / customs clearance processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP system knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
