1. Establish Shipping schedule,
2. Provide shipping instructions to factories,
3. Work closely with customers, factories and forwarders to ensure that shipments are carried out in a timely
manner and in accordance with customer's instructions,
4. Prepare shipping documents (in English and Chinese) and issue them to customers,
5. Verify invoice accuracy from factories before forwarding to management for payment arrangements,
6. Issue commercial invoice to customers,
7. Update customers on shipping schedule at customers defined intervals,
8. Prepare reports for the accounting department and management when required,
9. Any other assignments given by Management.
