Job Description

  • Prepare and process full sets of shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Arrange and manage Letter of Credit (LC) shipments in compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Compile, maintain, and update shipping records systematically.
  • Attend to customer enquiries related to shipping documentation and shipment status.
  • Handle enquiries and coordinate with vendors and customers (including China).
  • Liaise with warehouse, store, and logistics service providers on delivery and shipment arrangements.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of international shipping documentation and experience in preparing full sets of shipping documents.
  • Hands-on experience with TradeNet and Letter of Credit (LC) processes is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP or Oracle systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
