Shipping Documentation Manager (MNC)

• Oversee regional shipping operations, including managing and guiding 2 direct reports.
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation.
• Handle cross-trade and transshipment documentation.
• Coordinate shipment and supply chain activities between suppliers and customers.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely shipment arrangements.
• Ensure all shipping and trade documentation is accurate, complete and submitted within the required timelines.
• Support other ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as required.
