Shipping Assistant
- Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
- After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
- Location: 2-3 bus stop from Clementi MRT, Singapore
- Basic: $2,800 - $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems, shipping software, and relevant IT tools
- Minimum 1 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, preferably handling marine or engineering equipment and spare part

Job Scopes:
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient transportation of goods from warehouse to various destinations
- Manage billing to customers with high accuracy.
- Preparation and Stock entries into system.
- Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to meet customers needs
- Responsible for coordinating and sourcing for freight forwarders
- Responsible in Accounts opening of new vendors
- Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs clearance and documentation requirements
- Propose insurance as and when required, follow up cases with vendors pertaining damage/loss cargo during transportation.
- Coordinate with Sales Team on client requirements and billing term status Coordinate with Italy HQ Shipping/Sales Team for orders in conditions documentations
- Participation in annual inventory count
