Responsibilities
. Handling necessary communications and documentations with related parties
. Sales, purchase and shipping coordination with operations, shipping carriers
. Documentation of making and/or managing sales and purchase contract, shipping invoice
. Handling L/C operation and other necessary transactions
. Managing order processing, arranging shipment and documentary credit (L/C transactions)
. Managing and/or checking payment application and accrual
. Checking and maintaining the accuracy of the mentioned documents
. Managing stock status and AP/AR status
. Managing regular internal report (operational and financial)
. Check and ensure that the payment and contract details are complete and accurate and reliable and comply with internal regulations.
. Handling customer inquiries, claims and supplier management
. Inputting and/or managing data of trade contracts (sales, purchase and market deal) in the system
. Issuance and management of the contracts, internal reports, balance statement and other documents for internal control
. Following up on outstanding contracts
. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
. Min. Diploma in Supply chain, Logistics, Business admin, Business management.
. 3 to 5 years experience in shipping/logistics or experience in import & export/trading company
. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills able to multitask and manage time effectively.
. Open-minded, adaptable to change, and proactive in seeking process improvements.
. High attention to detail, with the ability to thrive under pressure and manage workload independently.
