Shipping Coordinator

The Role:

As an integral part of Germaxco's operations, the Customer Service Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth logistics workflow for our clients. The Shipping Coordinator is expected to be communicative and meticulous in shipping documentation in a fast-paced environment, putting importance on data accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive a Customer First initiative: communicate excellent customer service standards through timely, appropriate support
• Process documentation for import and export shipments and local deliveries
• Verify and secure handling of documents to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
• Coordinate with customers, peers, and vendors to ensure a smooth flow in daily operations
• Facilitate invoicing process for accounts receivables

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level or its equivalent
• Experience in shipping and/or logistics is preferred. Applicants without prior experience who are active learners are also welcome to apply as job training will be provided
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and learning of computer system
• Excellent attention to details
• Highly organised and responsible team player
• Must have valid working rights in Singapore
