- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate shipment bookings promptly.
- Manage freight space reservations and keep track of schedules.
- Work closely with import/export teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- Prepare and send necessary pre-alerts to relevant stations before vessel/flight movements.
- Monitor daily shipment statuses and update customers on any changes or important information.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level or higher qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics support.
- Able to work independently yet collaborate well as part of a team proactive and willing to learn.
- Proficient using MS Office and basic computer applications.
