Shipping Assistant

Responsibilities

1. Handles Export Sea Freight / Air Freight documentations such as Delivery note, packing list, invoices, B/L and Certificate of Origin.
2. Coordinate of Certificate of Origin and Form D application with agent
3. Coordinate in arranging FCL and LCL booking with Freight Forwarders
4. Team player and dynamic, ability to multi-task
5. Good communication and follow-up skills
6. Liaison and co-ordination with internal divisions and customers
7. Any ad-hoc task assigned by the superior or management
