SHIPPING AND DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE

Univero Singapore, a Singapore HQcompany, having associate offices in USA, and Vietnam is an Internationaltrading company dealing mainly in Petrochemical polyolefins, Secondary andRecyclable plastic raw material. They are currently being procured globally andsold to South-East Asia, Sub-Continent Region.

Univero is looking for an ExperienceShipping and documentation personnel who will be responsible with day-to-dayshipping, logistics and documentation.

. Manage full spectrum of shipping logisticsand documentation

. Liaise with freight forwarders andsuppliers on matters related to shipment coordination.

. Monitor and track shipment booking,transit and schedules

. Data entry & proceduralkeeping of shipment schedules, quotes, bills

Requirements:

. Min Diploma in Supply ChainManagement, Logistics, Business or relevant field.

. Min 2-3 years of shipping andlogistics experience.

. Import Export or Shipping environmentknowledge will be an added advantage.

. Proficient in Microsoft office, excel and power point.

. Problem Solving abilities and attention to detail.
