Operations

- Assists in vessels's arrival and departure formalities.

- Handle cargo documentation, invoices and shipments.

- Familiarized with MPA's latest governing rules & regulations for anchorages, vessel movements, restrictions etc. within Singapore waters

- Arrangement of harbor tugs, booking of PSA pilotage via system, arrangement of crew for port & immigration clearance, declaration of vessel's arrival via MPA's Marinet and etc.

- Oversee MPA applications on Marinet Portal

Requirement

- Candidate must possess at least O Level, Diploma or equivalent

- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the Marine Agency

- Meticulous and comfortable working in fast paced environment

- Must be willing to take calls after office hours

- Good command in written and spoken English

- Ability to effectively communicate with all level of the organization

- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in any in-house ERP system
