Shipping Agency Manager (Ship Boarding & Operations)

Oceanring Marine Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based maritime service provider specialising in ship agency and marine supply operations.

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Agency Manager to oversee vessel boarding operations and coordinate marine supply services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ship agency operations including vessel boarding, port clearance, and coordination with port authorities.

- Arrange and oversee delivery of ship supplies, provisions, spare parts, and technical services.

- Liaise with ship owners, captains, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient service execution.

- Handle client requests, negotiate service rates, and manage operational agreements.

- Monitor vessel schedules and update clients on supply and service arrangements.

- Prepare quotations, process documentation, and generate invoices.

- Ensure compliance with port regulations and operational procedures.

The role requires hands-on experience in shipping agency, ship supply operations, and coordination with multiple stakeholders in the maritime industry.

Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in shipping agency, ship supply, or marine operations.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Knowledge of port operations and vessel handling procedures.

- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
