Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
- Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
- Partner closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
- Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
- Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation filing.
- Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
- Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
- Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
- Working knowledge of shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation/negotiation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP
- Meticulous, systematic, and well-organized team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
