Shift Supervisor/Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities

. Plan and manage the roster, time off, hand-punch records and updating e-attendance.

. Ensure adequate staffing and manpower coverage during each shift.

. Oversee multiple stations and ensure smooth daily operations.

. Support hiring, training, and supervising junior staff.

. Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve service issues.

. Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

. Take and serve food & beverage orders, set up tables, and maintain cleanliness standards.

. Assist with events, stock checks, and restaurant administration duties.

. Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

. Experience as a Supervisor in the F&B/hospitality industry.

. Strong leadership and people management skills (including shift scheduling & rostering).

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long hours.

. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

. Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000

. 14 days annual leave
