about the job
- Lead the maintenance team in a central kitchen manufacturing environment
- Monitor and improve plant efficiency and recommend suitable solutions
- Implement preventative maintenance programs and ensure proper & optimal maintenance of all systems and equipment.
- Repair and replace equipment and systems where necessary
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
job requirement
- Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Possess minimum 2 years of experience in a plant engineering or similar role in the food manufacturing industry
- Possess experience with automation machinery
- Familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment (i.e.boilers, HVAC, electrical systems, and production machinery)
- Willing to work in the West
- Preferably owns own vehicle
- Willing to work flexible shift hours
