Supervise and coordinate the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure consistent product quality, service standards, and store cleanliness throughout the shift.
Support the Store Manager in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
Train, guide, and motivate team members on operational procedures and customer service.
Handle on-the-spot customer feedback or complaints professionally and efficiently.
Monitor stock levels during the shift and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of supervisory experience in the caf, restaurant, or fast-food industry.
Strong people management and leadership skills, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for business operations
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform well under pressure
Pleasant, mature, outgoing, and meticulous, with strong attention to detail
Willing to work shift-based retail hours including weekends and public holidays
