Shift Manager

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring smooth daily operation of retail store(s) that you are assigned

- Achieving sales targets, Service standard targets and Compliance/ Internal Audit scores set for the retail store(s)

- Motivating and managing the team members that are reporting to you, including hiring/ firing team member.

- Provide good customer service

- Replenish inventory

- Perform cashiering duties

- Maintain outlet cleanliness and tidiness

- Responsible for handling sales transactions in a fast and friendly manner

- Ensure shelves and displays are fully shelved and stocked, as well as monitoring expiry dates and shelf lives of products
