Job Summary
You will perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems in building facilities, ensuring smooth operations through preventive and corrective actions while responding promptly to faults and client requests.
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure operational reliability
- Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair M&E systems in facilities or buildings to resolve faults efficiently
- Respond promptly to defect reports, customer complaints, and client requests to maintain service quality
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities or systems to support smooth daily operations
- Perform preventive checks and troubleshooting on M&E systems to identify and address potential issues early
- Record and report faults or issues discovered during routine inspections to supervisors for timely resolution
- Execute any other ad hoc duties assigned to support maintenance operations and team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
- Minimum NTC/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, Building, Facility Management, or Maintenance
