Position: SHEQ Coordinator
Location: 20 Jalan Lekar
Salary: S$4,000 + S$400 Transport Allowance

We're looking for a proactive SHEQ Coordinator to join our team at OneO2Plants. Be part of a company that values safety, people, and continuous improvement-while building a safer and greener environment for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and safety standards
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and submit reports
- Deliver toolbox talks and in-house SHEQ training
- Support ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and PPE usage
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting
- Promote a proactive safety culture across the organisation
- Support SHEQ programmes (health, environmental, hygiene)
- Participate in safety campaigns, meetings, and emergency response
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Safety & Health preferred
(or WSH Level C / Level B progressing to Level C) - 8-10 years of relevant safety experience (construction/manufacturing preferred)
- Registered Safety Officer (advantage)
- Certifications: BizSafe RM, ISO Internal Auditor (added advantage)
- WSQ certifications (Work at Height, Safe Lifting Operations preferred)
- Good IT skills and reporting ability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working outdoors
- Able to support ad-hoc or weekend activities when required
- Possess own transportation
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
