ICT Cloud & Enterprise Hosting Specialist - SharePoint Focus

Job Level -Consultant or SeniorConsultant

Operate and support enterprise SharePoint platforms (self-hosted inGCC), ensuring stability, performance, and security of collaboration and content management services.

Key Responsibilities

. Operate, administer, and support SharePoint (self-hosted) environments, for SharePoint Subscription Edition

. Manage on-premises SharePoint farms, service applications, web applications, site collections, and content databases

. Administer SharePoint security, permissions, and authentication configurations

. Perform patching, upgrades, and configuration changes for SharePoint platforms

. Diagnosing and resolve SharePoint incidents, performance issues,and service outages

. Support hosting infrastructure and dependencies related to SharePoint, including SQL Server, smtpand IIS

. Provide cross-support for other enterprise hosting services when required

. SSL certificate handling

. Backup JD-B2 day-to-day operationessentials when required

Required Skills & Experience

. Senior hands-onexperience administering SharePoint (self-hosted) platforms (Subscription Edition)

. Strong understanding of SharePoint farm architecture, service applications, and security models

. Experience supporting enterprise-scale on-prem collaboration platforms
