SharePoint Analyst - Development & Application Support

Location: AMK, Singapore
Salary: SGD 5,000-7,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a SharePoint Analyst to develop, maintain and support SharePoint applications. You will resolve technical issues, deliver application enhancements and ensure support services meet contractual SLAs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint applications and environments.
• Investigate incidents, resolve service requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Meet contractual response-time and defect-resolution targets.
• Perform SharePoint administration and write PowerShell scripts to support service requests.
• Monitor performance, security and compliance, and implement patches and updates.
• Gather requirements and assess effort, timelines and technical impact for change requests.
• Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements.
• Use Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) to support application development and troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical documentation and support records.
• Escalate critical issues to the Group Lead or Project Manager.
• Participate in standby support and urgent maintenance activities when required.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or an equivalent discipline.
• Hands-on Microsoft SharePoint development experience is mandatory.
• Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is mandatory.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues and implement effective fixes.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Understanding of application maintenance, testing and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take ownership, deliver quality work and learn new technologies.
