Job Summary:
- Drive sales of the company's products to achieve and exceed sales volume and revenues targets.
- Responsible for business development activities.
Main Job Duties:
Manage sales enquiries:
- Manage products / sales enquiries
- Track and ensure enquiries are promptly attended to
- Closely follow-up sales activities with individual and business customers
Generate sales leads and close sales:
- Generate sales ideas, develop sales strategies across various customer segments (corporates/ FIs / individuals) and identify sales leads
- Be prepared to perform door-do-door sales
- Maintain updated sales pipeline and review sales pipeline and sales progress on weekly basis with management
- Meet sales quotas as assigned by management
Prepare sales proposals:
- Understand customers needs, craft relevant and effective solutions and prepare proposals
- Manage proposal internal review and approval process
- Acquire customers and onboarding:
- Follow-up closely with customers after submission of proposals to close sales
- Hand-hold customers to obtain all necessary documentations for account opening
- Work with Compliance to setup accounts for customers within target 24 hours or faster turnaround time
Ongoing customer performance monitoring:
- Monitor customer utilization of accounts
- Follow-up with customer on issues and resolve issues for customers
- Competitive analysis:
- Keep up-to-date on the competition landscape
- Provide feedback to management on market pricing, marketing or sales strategies
Product / Service strategy:
- Support other teams to improve the Company's products / service offerings
- Work with product/ technology team to define product requirements and to translate business needs into systems; involve in testing of new technologies
Involve in marketing activities:
- Work with Marketing Officer to plan and organize marketing strategies, budgets and activities
- Work with artwork designer on marketing collaterals
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in FX or remittances sales to corporates and/or FIs
- Self-motivated, organized and highly proactive; ability to define own goals and propose sales strategies with minimal supervision
- Confident in conversing and presenting to senior executives
- Fluent in written and spoken English (fluency in Chinese language added advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
