#SGUnitedjobs Maintenance Engineer

1. Oversee to ensure timely maintenance of all molding presses, robotic and auxiliary equipment and proper records are done as per instruction machine manual. Familiarize with safety precautions before operating the system or carrying out any maintenance activities.
2. Work with Production Supervisor in executing preventive maintenance according to monthly, half yearly and yearly PM. Supervise and manage team of Maintenance Technician's that perform breakdown repair and routine PM program.
3. Respond to breakdowns and diagnose root cause analysis.
4. Be involved and participate in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time.
5. Make full use of the Machine Management System (MMS), the objective is

• To record machines detail information.
• To trace machine status and maintenance details.
• To monitor preventive maintenance execution.

. Perform regular inspection for machines & equipment.

. Conduct regular cleaning machines & equipment.

• To measure and generate report for repair traceability and effectiveness.

6. Supervising and manage team of Maintenance Technician's that perform breakdown repair and routine

preventive maintenance program (monthly, half yearly & yearly).

7. Liaise with vendor for repair, fabrication, spare parts and modification work.

8. Lead in performance testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ) activities.

9. To ensure certification of calibration of machines and auxiliary equipment are updated and able to analyze

the outcome of result.

10. Identify spares and analyze the requirements and control log usage to ensure quick replacement to reduce

downtime.

11. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.

12. Standby for any emergency repair after office hours / weekend and public holidays.

13. Conduct monthly checks and audit of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9000:2015

and of all records.

14. To ensure safe work practices concerned with the minimum risk from danger or hazard, protection from or

not being exposed to the risk of harm or injury during the process carrying out maintenance works.

15. To establish training program on maintenance Technicians such as develop training material, scheduling to

conduct training and performance monitoring.

16. Perform any other tasks as assigned.
