Job Description

Role Summary
Services Specialist supporting Quoting & Fulfilment Team in handling spare parts inquiries, preparing proposals, serial records retrieval and process and manage customer orders.
Essential Responsibilities

  • Handle spare parts inquiries
  • Costing and prepare proposals
  • SAP Parts Setup (SPS) Workflow requests
  • Handle serial records retrieval requests (specification sheets, BOM, Assembly Quality Plan (AQP), drawings, certificates, etc)
  • Review purchase orders received to ensure correctness for order processing
  • Order processing
  • Order management
  • Handle short lead time orders
  • Assist in reports generation

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with SAP is an asset.
  • Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel.
  • Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
  • Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
