Role Summary
Services Specialist supporting Quoting & Fulfilment Team in handling spare parts inquiries, preparing proposals, serial records retrieval and process and manage customer orders.
Essential Responsibilities
- Handle spare parts inquiries
- Costing and prepare proposals
- SAP Parts Setup (SPS) Workflow requests
- Handle serial records retrieval requests (specification sheets, BOM, Assembly Quality Plan (AQP), drawings, certificates, etc)
- Review purchase orders received to ensure correctness for order processing
- Order processing
- Order management
- Handle short lead time orders
- Assist in reports generation
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with SAP is an asset.
- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel.
- Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
- Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
