About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Services Regional Business Developer APAC to lead and grow our Services business across the APAC region. This role focuses on accelerating contract opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring profitability while working closely with Regional Managing Directors and Subsidiary Managers. You will translate strategy into actionable growth programs and play a key role in shaping our Services roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Deployment & Business Growth
  • Translate the Services strategy into actionable regional plans.
  • Design, propose, and monitor growth programs tailored to market needs.
  • Lead and manage strategic projects within the Services organization.
  • Subsidiaries & Sales Support
  • Build strong working relationships through regular visits and communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Expert Services.
  • Promote Expert Services tools, dashboards, KPIs, and improvement paths.
  • Support the International Key Accounts team during customer engagements.
  • Conduct joint customer meetings with subsidiaries.
  • Coach and uplift the sales competencies of local teams.
  • Regional Leadership Collaboration
  • Participate in monthly business reviews with Regional Managing Directors (RMDs) and Subsidiary Managers.
  • Recommend organizational enhancements based on business needs.
  • Ensure RMD and Managing Director satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the Quarterly Regional Transversal Review.
  • Offer Deployment & Market Insights
  • Provide market-driven insights to the Marketing team.
  • Recommend new offer ideas and participate in business plan development.
  • Support subsidiaries in launching new offers.
  • Track deployment progress and ensure alignment with business plans.
  • Best Practices Sharing
  • Collect best practices and share across the Business Developer network.
  • Adopt proven best practices from other regions and implement improvements locally.
  • Budget & Performance Management
  • Take ownership of profitability in assigned territories.
  • Optimize service mix to achieve margin and volume targets.
  • Support annual budgeting activities.
  • Use performance tools to design, monitor, and adjust action plans.
  • Pricing
  • Collaborate with Regional Pricing Managers to gather market pricing insights.
  • Support annual price update processes.
  • Align discount policies with Managing Directors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to understand electrical engineering concepts, particularly low-voltage products.
  • Proven experience in driving go-to-market strategies across the APAC region.
  • Strong background in sales, channel management, or business development.
  • Experience in after-sales or Services markets within the engineering industry (highly preferred).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
