Job Description

  • 4+ years of experience in ITSM and ServiceNow/SMoD solutions
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow development and scripting
  • Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer & Workflow Automation
  • Experience with Business Rules and Client Scripts
  • Exposure to OSS/BSS integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills
  • Good understanding of Telecom Operations
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience with testing, validation, and automation of service delivery tasks
