Required Skills & Experience
.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
.Experience building workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation
.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
.Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
.Knowledge of platform monitoring, performance analytics, and system health
.Understanding of ServiceNow data model and security model
Preferred Certifications:
.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
.At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), such as:
o CIS - IT Service Management (ITSM)
o CIS - IT Operations Management (ITOM)
o CIS - App Engine
