We are looking for a hands-on Senior Consultant HRSD with 5+ years of proven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions. This role is ideal for an experienced individual contributor who is confident in client-facing engagements, excels in communication, and can lead the implementation of advanced features such as Employee Center Pro. You will be directly responsible for designing and delivering modern HR solutions that improve employee experiences and streamline HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a hands-on individual contributor, leading the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
Deliver across core modules: HR Case & Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center Pro, and Employee Service Center
Design and implement Employee Center Pro experiences including:
o Topic-based navigation
o Personalized content, campaigns, and audience targeting
Conduct workshops with HR and IT stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions
Build HR services, workflows, lifecycle event templates, and portal experiences using ServiceNow best practices
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Active Directory, etc.
Support delivery activities across design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and hyper care
Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to internal delivery assets
Assist in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, level-of-effort estimation, and client presentations
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology
5+ years of hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD solutions in mid to large-scale environments
Proven expertise in:
o Platform development, Solution & Architecture, Scoped Apps, Access Control setup
o Data Encryption and handling sensitive PII data
Strong client interaction skillsable to facilitate discussions, present solutions, and build trusted relationships
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deliverables
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, or middleware platforms
Agile delivery experience
CIS ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD
ServiceNow CIS or Architecture Certifications
