ServiceNow (ITSM/VR) – Developer

Must have skills

. Completed the following ServiceNow certifications:

o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

o ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.

. Have experience in implementing either ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) or ServiceNow SecOps (Vulnerability Response).

. Have at least 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development.

. Have experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures on low code/no code platforms, particularly within complex enterprise environments. Preferably with certifications in low/no code ServiceNow platform.

Good to have skills (Optional)

. Completed the ServiceNow IT Service Management Fundamentals training.

. Completed the ServiceNow Security Operations Fundamentals training.

Job Description

. Design, configure, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, SecOps).

. Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, business rules, and UI policies to automate processes.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms using APIs, MID Servers, and other integration methods.

. Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.

. Develop and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports.

. Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.

. Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practice guidelines for ServiceNow development.

9-month contract/ending in Sep 2026

We can consider profiles who has at least 1-year hands-on experience.
