Key Responsibilities:
. Design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, primarily focusing on:
o Customer Service Management (CSM)
o IT Service Management (ITSM)
. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
. Define best practices and governance for ServiceNow architecture and development.
. Oversee platform configuration, customization, scripting, and integration with third-party systems.
. Guide internal team development and knowledge transfer.
. Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and proactively identify opportunities for platform optimization.
Required Experience & Expertise:
. 5 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
. Relevant Educational qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Degree
. Proven track record in delivering solutions using CSM and ITSM modules in complex environments.
. Deep understanding of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including:
o Service Catalog
o Workflow & Flow Designer
o CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
o Knowledge Management
o Performance Analytics
o IntegrationHub
o User Portal and Role-based Access Controls (RBAC)
. Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
. Experience with App Engine, custom application development, and platform governance.
