Job Description

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Mandatory experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflow configuration (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, UI customization, and ServiceNow CMS
  • Experience configuring and supporting MID Servers, Discovery schedules, and third-party integrations
  • Experience creating custom reports, dashboards, and operational views
