We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and develop custom applications within the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and ITSM Asset Management modules to manage IT infrastructure and assets effectively.
- Configure and create ServiceNow workflows, forms, and automation rules to streamline IT processes.
- Fix non-functional and non-compliant outcomes related to ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management processes.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices for IT service management, ITOM Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Perform development and unit testing to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Deploy developed applications to UAT and Productionenvironments.
- Provide support for : Annual platform upgrades Existing platform implementation System health checks
- Assist with other relevant tasks when no active development work is assigned, within role capacity and expectations.
Requirements :
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScriptincluding coding best practices.
- Strong understanding and application of SOLID principles.
- Hands-on experience implementing software architecture patterns : Circuit Breaker, CQRS, Controller-Responder, MVC
- Proven experience developing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
- Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)concepts.
