Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced platform developer to lead the creation and enhancement of enterprise-level applications on a configurable workflow platform. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of custom-built applications on a low-code enterprise platform

• Provide technical direction, coaching, and support to less-experienced developers

• Build and optimize advanced workflows, automation logic, and platform customizations

• Define and promote development standards, guidelines, and best practices

• Review code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges

• Produce clear technical documentation and internal knowledge resources

• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technical design planning

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in enterprise platform development and system implementation

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building applications using a platform-based app engine and HR-related service modules

• Active platform-related certifications demonstrating development or implementation expertise

• Participation in multiple large-scale enterprise platform deployments

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and platform-specific scripting

• Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members

Technical Competencies:

• Advanced experience with application development studios and reusable application templates

• Strong scripting capabilities using JavaScript within a platform environment

• Deep understanding of platform features, constraints, and customization approaches

• Hands-on experience with automation and configuration components, including:

  • Server-side and client-side logic

  • User interface controls and actions

  • Workflow and flow-based automation tools

  • Integration frameworks and service portals

• Familiarity with source control practices and deployment pipelines

• Working knowledge of API-based integrations, including REST and SOAP services
