Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (10 + Years Experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role involves defining architecture, guiding development teams, and driving platform strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture and roadmap
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and architecture reviews
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- Architect integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms)
- Oversee platform upgrades, performance optimization, and instance strategy
- Drive best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5–8 years on ServiceNow platform
- Strong expertise in:
- ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM modules
- CMDB architecture and data modeling
- Integration architecture (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware)
- ServiceNow platform architecture & performance tuning
- Experience in designing multi-instance or enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with scripting and development (JavaScript, Glide)
- Experience in Agile and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: ITSM, ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
