Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.

2. Lead the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and develop roadmaps for ServiceNow implementation.

4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, enterprise security standards, and industry-specific requirements.

5. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.

6. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and test cases.

7. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and architecture, with a focus on ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management.

2. Financial Services Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations, security standards, and industry-specific requirements.

3. Technical Skills:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting, and integration.

- Experience with ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules.

- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and compliance frameworks.

4. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead and guide development teams.
