We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Solution Architect to design, implement, and lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. The role involves defining platform strategy, building scalable architectures, and driving innovation across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Lead large-scale implementations across ITSM, CSM, Risk & Compliance, and SPM.
- Design secure, scalable, and integrated ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide governance, best practices, and technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Explore and adopt new ServiceNow features (AI, Automation, Next Experience UI, Virtual Agent).
Requirements:
- 12+ years in IT, with 6+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Proven leadership in at least 3 large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, CSDM, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with Risk & Compliance (must), plus CSM, SPM, PSDS preferred.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CTA, CIS (RC), CSA.
