Service Technician

• Position : Service Technician
• Location : Ang Mo Kio / Client-Site
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2600 Basic + Quarterly Commission + Standby Allowances + AWS + 10 Days Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Dental Supply

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning & in-service training of dental equipment
• Perform scheduled corrective and preventive maintenance
• Conduct pre-installation site survey for new/existing clinic
• Provide technical advice to customer professionally
• Daily team discussion & prepare necessary paperwork
• Submit daily report & update filed service job status to Service Manager
• Any other ad hoc job-related tasks

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma
• Able to read & comprehend installation manuals, schematic & circuit diagram
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer
