Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of faade access systems and lifting equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues effectively.
- Prepare detailed service documentation and communicate findings to the After-Sales and Engineering departments.
- Ensure all on-site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally within faade access, lifting systems, or safety equipment Familiarity with both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with solid safety knowledge able to read technical drawings, communicate well with customers, work at heights, and use MS Office efficiently.
