SERVICE TECHNICIAN

location: East UBI

job type: full time

5 days week

basic + OT + bonus + allowance

Responsibilities:

• perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers.
• support maintenance, troubleshoot, service, install, retrofit, and repair.
• coordinate & update clients on repair progress timely
• Involve in service schedule & prepare reports
• involve in machine commission, health-check, and overhaul
• Develop new service support to existing clients.
• Travel to perform service locally & overseas
• support hot work, brazing, welding
• doesn't mind hands dirty and oily after end work
• provide support as and when required.
• Coordinate and support contractors.
• Ad-hoc & other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Min ITE technical qualification

Minimum 1 years experience

Proficient in Microsoft office, web design, and 2D drawing

Hand-on with a can-do attitude

Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving,

independent and fast learner
