Job Description
Responsibilities
- To perform accurate diagnoses, repair services , preventive maintenance at customer locations island wide (homes/ offices) in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Able to communicate diagnosis and needed repairs of products to the customer in a knowledgeable and courteous manner
- Providing service reports and accurate estimates for quotation of repair
- Assist in new projects or any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
- To attend in-house technical training to improve skill set provided by the company.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec preferred (Engineering background)
- New graduates who are interested may also apply.
- Must be a fast learner, keen to learn and able to apply knowledge.
- ..Knowledge of operating / repair home appliances / basic electrical (training provided)
- Must possess valid Class 3 Driving License ( more than 2 yrs )
- ..Must be physically fit and strong (required to move/carry appliances occassionally)
